48 Hour Hold This facility only houses male inmates for a maximum of forty-eight hours. All arrestees are processed and held pending their initial arraignment by a Greer Municipal Court Judge. If an arrestee's housing is to exceed forty-eight hours they will be transferred to either the Greenville County or Spartanburg County Detention Center.
